ITB Americas 2026, scheduled from November 10 to 12, 2026, has sold 70% of its exhibition floor space, marking a strong market response ahead of its inaugural Pan-American B2B travel trade show. The event will bring together key destinations such as Mexico, Brazil, Peru, Costa Rica, Nicaragua, and Las Vegas, alongside industry leaders including Accor, Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, and JW Marriott Peru.

Exhibitor Portfolio Highlights Hospitality, Aviation, Mobility and Technology

The hospitality sector will feature global brands like Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, Wyndham Alltra Playa del Carmen, Accor, JW Marriott Peru, Hard Rock Hotel Guadalajara, RIU Guadalajara, Grupo Presidente, Grupo Brisas, and Velas Resorts. Airlines confirmed to

participate include United Airlines and Air Canada, emphasizing the event’s focus on connectivity across the Americas.

Mobility services will be represented by Trenitalia, National Car Rental / Enterprise Rent-A-Car México, and ACE Rent A Car (USA), adding transportation options to the trade ecosystem. The travel technology sector includes AMADEUS, SiteMinder, Dharma, RoomPriceGuide, TripMatrix, Nexo Travel Solutions, Emburse, My Lighthouse UK, and Grupo Zugatech, covering innovation in digital distribution and travel management.

Pan-American Scope with International Connections

ITB Americas is designed to equally represent North, Central, and South America, and the Caribbean, with confirmed participation from Mexico as the Official Partner Country, Brazil, Peru, Costa Rica,

Nicaragua, and key U.S. destinations Las Vegas and Visit Tampa Bay. The event also expects Colombia, Cuba, Dominican Republic, Visit Orlando, and Puerto Rico to join.

International exhibitors confirmed include African Showcase, Hangzhou Youge Travel Agency from China, CREVEN Korea, Egypt, Thailand, and Slovenia Tourism Board. Approximately 80% of attendees will come from the Americas, with 20% representing global markets such as Europe, Asia, Africa, and the Middle East. The Hosted Buyers Program will facilitate connections between exhibitors and qualified international travel buyers aligned with their commercial goals.

Conference Sessions and Expected Attendance

ITB Americas 2026 expects to welcome over 5,000 industry professionals. The event’s

conference will include more than 40 sessions focusing on artificial intelligence, digital distribution, sustainability, and emerging technologies. These sessions aim to provide insights on challenges and transformation within the Americas travel market.
