The Freedom Ship project envisions a mile-long cruise ship that functions as a floating city, capable of hosting approximately 80,000 residents. This ambitious design, if realized, would make it the largest cruise vessel ever planned.
Within this vast floating complex, a wide array of urban facilities is proposed. These include residential housing, educational institutions, a hospital, and notably a stadium with seating for 15,000 people, underscoring its city-like scale and amenities.
Development of the Freedom Ship involves international collaboration, with significant participation from countries such as the United States and Indonesia. The project represents a pioneering approach to cruise tourism,
blending residential living with onboard urban infrastructure on an unprecedented scale.
