The brand leverages Frasers Hospitality’s long stay expertise and targets a distinct luxury segment within its portfolio.

The brand prioritizes privacy, calm environments, refined design, and intuitive service delivered with a focus on wellness and lifestyle experiences. Guest rooms often feature integrated kitchenettes to support longer stays by enabling independence and a home-like routine. Additional offerings include unique dining concepts and Club Frasers, a private lounge for curated social and cultural activities.
Holistic wellbeing is
emphasized through facilities like the House of Rejuvenation at the Bangkok property, which provides therapist-led treatments alongside advanced wellness options such as thermal pools, cold plunges, compression therapy, dry flotation, and red-light therapy. Guests also gain access to The Wellness Edit, Frasers Hospitality’s global wellness program designed to integrate simple health rituals during stays.
Fraser Suites Reserve Bangkok: First Property Details
The initial Fraser Suites Reserve property is set to open in December 2026 in Bangkok at One Bangkok, located at the junction of Rama IV Road and Wireless Road. It occupies the top ten floors of a 45-storey office and retail tower, offering 255 rooms with
panoramic views of the Bangkok skyline and the Chao Phraya River. The grand opening is planned for March 2027 when all facilities and experiences will be fully operational.
