Frasers Hospitality announced the launch of Fraser Suites Reserve on September 22, 2026, a new luxury serviced living brand tailored for discerning global travellers desiring privacy, comfort, and the convenience of home combined with high-end hospitality service.

Designed to serve an upscale market segment, Fraser Suites Reserve leverages Frasers Hospitality’s extensive experience in extended stays to offer refined design, personalized service, and curated wellness and lifestyle experiences. The accommodations feature private sanctuaries often equipped with kitchenettes to maintain home-like routines, while the service focuses on warmth and respect for guest privacy.

First Fraser Suites Reserve Property in Bangkok

The brand’s inaugural property will open in Bangkok at

One Bangkok, occupying the top ten floors of the 45-storey premium office and retail tower at the intersection of Rama IV Road and Wireless Road. Fraser Suites Reserve Bangkok will offer 255 rooms with panoramic views of the city skyline and the Chao Phraya River. The property will begin phased operations in December 2026, with a grand opening scheduled for March 2027.

On-site amenities include distinctive dining venues, wellness and leisure options, and Club Frasers, a private lounge designed to facilitate connection and curated guest experiences.

Executive Statements and Wellness Features

Eu Chin Fen, Chief Executive Officer of Frasers Hospitality, described Fraser Suites Reserve as

a strategic advancement strengthening the company’s portfolio. She emphasized that the brand responds to sophisticated travellers accustomed to the world’s finest hospitality and builds on long-stay expertise.

Chew Hang Song, Chief Operating Officer, highlighted the focus on luxury service that is both intuitive and respectful of guest privacy, ensuring every detail and need is carefully met. Wellness is integral to the brand with the Bangkok property featuring the House of Rejuvenation, offering advanced treatments including thermal pools, cold plunges, compression therapy, dry flotation, and red-light therapy.

Guests will also have access to The Wellness Edit, Frasers Hospitality’s proprietary global wellness

programme designed to sustain wellbeing through simple daily rituals suited to demanding travel schedules.
