Fly2Galicia will commence direct flights from Santiago–Rosalía de Castro Airport to eight European cities beginning 1 December 2026. The route network includes domestic links to Alicante, Grenada, and Zaragoza, alongside international connections to Brussels, Prague, Munich, Venice, and Milan.
Tickets for these new routes are already on sale. Prices start at €41 for Milan to Santiago, €51 for Brussels, Prague, and Venice to Santiago, and €71 for Munich to Santiago. Initially, Fly2Galicia’s services will be operated by an unnamed European carrier, although flights will carry the Fly2Galicia brand.
Wizz Air Expands Services at Santiago–Rosalía de Castro Airport
In parallel, Wizz Air plans to launch flights to Santiago–Rosalía de Castro
Airport from Rome and Warsaw starting in December 2026. The airline has announced it will establish a permanent base at the airport in February 2027, marking an expansion in its Spanish operations.
From February 2027, Wizz Air will roll out domestic connections from Santiago to Malaga, Tenerife, Gran Canaria, Fuerteventura, and Zaragoza. This increase in routes coincides with the Holy Year of 2027, a period tied to the Camino de Santiago pilgrimage.
