Budget Airline Starts Direct Flights to Santiago de Compostela

Fly2Galicia has announced the launch of direct budget flights to Santiago de Compostela starting on 1 December 2026. Tickets went on sale 20 August 2026, with fares starting from €41 from Milan to Santiago; €51 from Brussels, Prague, or Venice; and €71 from Munich.

Fly2Galicia Routes and Operating Partner

Fly2Galicia will operate flights from Santiago–Rosalía de Castro Airport to eight European cities: Brussels, Prague, Munich, Venice, and Milan. Domestically, it will fly from Alicante, Granada, and Zaragoza. The initial flights will be operated by an unnamed European partner, not Fly2Galicia itself.

Wizz Air will launch new flights to Santiago from Rome and Warsaw starting December

2026. The airline will open a permanent base at Santiago Airport in February 2027, which will include domestic routes to Malaga, Tenerife, Gran Canaria, Fuerteventura, and Zaragoza.
