Europe is currently facing significant disruptions in air travel, with reports indicating that 94 flights have been cancelled and over 1,500 delayed across several countries including Portugal, France, and Sweden as of early June 2026. This widespread impact on flight schedules is causing considerable inconvenience for passengers throughout the continent.
Among the airlines affected are KLM, Ryanair, and Finnair, which operate numerous routes involving major airports such as Lisbon and Stockholm. These two airports are notably experiencing a substantial number of delays and cancellations, influencing travel plans for many passengers passing through these hubs.
