Fattal Holdings has announced plans to open 12 new hotels across Israel by 2030, expanding its portfolio with more than 2,000 additional rooms. The development targets completion within the next four years, signaling significant growth for the company in the Israeli market.

First Three Hotel Openings Scheduled for 2027

The initial phases of the expansion include three new properties slated to open in early 2027: the Palatin Hotel in Tel Aviv in March, the Lilinblum Hotel also in Tel Aviv in April, and the NYX Hotel in Jerusalem in June. These openings mark the first visible milestones in Fattal’s multi-year development plan.

Current Operations and Brand Footprint

Fattal Holdings presently manages a

global portfolio of 329 hotels with 58,000 rooms spread across 22 countries. Leonardo Hotels represents the largest brand within the group by number of properties. The planned Israeli expansion will complement existing operations that already include key destinations like Tel Aviv, Eilat, Jerusalem, and a waterside park at the Dead Sea.

Financial Performance Supports Expansion

The company reported a substantial second-quarter 2026 financial improvement, with revenues of ILS 1.90 billion, up 42.53% from ILS 1.33 billion in the prior quarter. Fattal returned to profitability with a net income of ILS 140.98 million compared to a net loss of ILS 316.34 million in the first

quarter. Diluted earnings per share reached ILS 8.51, while operating cash flow totaled ILS 293.31 million. Capital expenditure for the quarter was ILS 85.18 million, reflecting ongoing investment in growth.

Market Capitalization and Investment Implications

As of October 15, 2026, Fattal Holdings held a market capitalization of ILS 10.6 billion. The ongoing multi-year hotel rollout is positioned to influence the company’s stock valuation, with the market closely monitoring the implementation, occupancy rates, and funding of this expansion.
