The NYX Hotel in Jerusalem is scheduled to debut in June. These openings mark the first milestones in Fattal Holdings’ phased rollout through 2030.
Company Scale and Brand Portfolio
Fattal Holdings currently operates 329 hotels with a total of 58,000 rooms across 22 countries. Leonardo Hotels constitutes the largest brand in the company’s

With a market capitalization of ILS 10.6 billion as of October 15, 2026, the company’s stock performance is tied to the execution of its hotel opening schedule and continuing revenue growth noted in recent quarters.
