Celebrity Cruises Unveils 2028-29 Global Voyages Across Seven Continents

Celebrity Cruises announced on August 10, 2026, its deployment plan for 2028 and 2029 featuring voyages that visit all seven continents. The cruise line will operate extensive sailings across Europe, Alaska, Asia, Australia, South America, Canada, and Bermuda with journeys ranging from four to sixteen nights.

Expanded European Deployment Highlights Renewed Celebrity Beyond

Four Edge Series ships, including the recently renewed Celebrity Beyond, will sail Europe in 2028 and 2029. Celebrity Beyond will return to Europe for the first time since 2023, featuring new onboard venues such as the Mediterranean restaurant Bora and the Celebrity Pool Club with Orange Peel Bar & Grille and Tacos del Sol.

The itineraries include seven- to fourteen-night sailings from Southampton to Norway, Iceland, and Scandinavia. Celebrity Beyond’s routes will cover Icelandic ports like Reykjavik, Isafjordur, Akureyri, Seydisfjordur, and Norway’s iconic fjords, including Geiranger and Bergen.

Celebrity Apex will offer 12-night cruises to Scandinavia and the British Isles, including Celebrity Cruises’ first-ever visit to Galway, Ireland. Mediterranean sailings between seven and eleven nights are available on Celebrity Xcel, Celebrity Ascent, and Celebrity Eclipse, calling at destinations in Italy, France, Spain, Morocco, Portugal, Greece, and Turkey. Celebrity Constellation will operate 10- and 11-night journeys to Italy and Croatia, including a visit to Bari,

Italy, marking the line’s first stop there since 2014. Celebrity Infinity will provide year-round Europe itineraries with Egypt sailings resuming for the first time since 2023, featuring overnight stays in Alexandria.

Alaska Cruises Expand with Multiple Ships and Land Tours

Three Celebrity ships will sail Alaska in 2028. Celebrity Edge returns for its fifth season in the region with outward-facing designs focused on nature immersion. Celebrity Equinox makes its Alaska debut offering seven-night open-jaw cruises between Vancouver, British Columbia, and Seward, Alaska. Celebrity Millennium will run round-trip sailings from Vancouver. Equinox will also provide a land-based Cruisetour in Alaska visiting Anchorage, Talkeetna, and Denali. Additionally, Equinox will operate new

round-trip Hawaii cruises from Los Angeles.

Australia, New Zealand, and South Pacific Itineraries

Celebrity Edge and Celebrity Solstice will offer 23 sailings departing from Sydney and Auckland, with itineraries ranging from four to 14 nights. Destinations include Australia’s wine regions, New Zealand’s fjords, and South Pacific sites like Tauranga, Lifou in the Loyalty Islands, and Mystery Island, Vanuatu. Celebrity Solstice will sail a full season in the Japan region from April to October 2028, extending the cruise line’s presence in Asia.

Asia and Japan Voyages with Seasonal Experiences

Celebrity Millennium and Celebrity Solstice will visit Japan with spring and fall sailings featuring seasonal highlights such as Cherry Blossom and Hibiscus seasons and koyo autumn

foliage. Both ships will make 17 visits to Okinawa. Winter sailings in Southeast Asia cover Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, and China. Overnight stays are planned in Bangkok, Phuket, Benoa Bali, Hanoi, Hong Kong, and Penang. Celebrity Millennium will spend New Year’s Eve 2028/2029 overnight in Hong Kong with a fireworks display.

South America and Antarctica Expeditions

Celebrity Equinox will sail 12- to 16-night voyages in South America and Antarctica visiting Chilean fjords, Iguazu Falls, the Antarctic Peninsula, Patagonia, Cape Horn, and other key locations. Overnight stays in Valparaiso, Chile, and Buenos Aires, Argentina, are included. The itineraries highlight opportunities to experience penguin colonies, whale watching,

and local cuisine across five countries, concluding with a New Year’s voyage in Antarctica.

Canada, New England, and Bermuda Sailings

In May 2028, Celebrity Summit will offer seven-night cruises to Bermuda from Cape Liberty, New Jersey, featuring two overnight stops. In September and October 2028, 12-night sailings from Boston will explore Canada and New England with an overnight in Quebec City, allowing guests to experience the city’s illuminated historic district.
