The Laguna Cliffs Marriott in Dana Point is converting to a JW Marriott with 371 rooms. The rebranding will offer guests enhanced luxury accommodations.

Nobu Hospitality plans to open a 50-room luxury hotel and restaurant in San Juan, Puerto Rico by 2028. The project is a partnership with real estate firm KTT.

Hilton has opened its first Curio Collection resort in Hawaii, Hale Hōkūala Kauaʻi, featuring 210 rooms on Kauai island. The resort offers cultural programs, ocean views, unique dining, and amenities within the Hōkūala resort community.

Palm Beach County commissioners approved a 400-room, 18-story hotel project by Related Ross beside the County Convention Center. The lease spans 97 years with annual payments exceeding $1.1 million initially.

Nobu has announced its first hotel and restaurant project in Puerto Rico, a 50-room luxury property set to open in San Juan in 2028. The hotel will include a signature Nobu restaurant, bar, and rooftop lounge.
