Partnerships and Background
Hotel Investment Partners recently partnered with Italian brand Mangia’s (Aeroviaggi) to reposition classic Mediterranean
resorts into luxury destinations. Blackstone has been considering a divestment of Hotel Investment Partners for nearly two years, now steering the company toward a public offering to raise capital.
Neither Blackstone nor Hotel Investment Partners have responded to inquiries from Skift or released official statements regarding the IPO.
This offering represents a major transaction in hospitality investment, highlighting Blackstone’s focus on expanding its luxury hotel portfolio within the Mediterranean.
