Hotel rates in India remain high following Diwali due to strong travel demand that continues across the country. Travelers should expect elevated hotel prices after the holiday.

Hilton Worldwide reported a 5.8% increase in system-wide RevPAR for Q3 2026, with adjusted EBITDA at $1.058 billion. The company opened over 180 hotels and raised its full-year 2026 RevPAR growth expectations to 4%-4.5%.

Minor Hotels signed an agreement with Amal Group to launch Gardens of Eden Resort Phuket, the first Minor Reserve Collection property in Asia. The resort will open in 2031 in Bang Tao, Phuket.
