Marriott International will develop nine hotel and branded residence properties across Egypt totaling over 1,500 keys through a new partnership with Misr Italia Properties and People & Places. The projects will span key destinations including Egypt’s North Coast, Cairo, and Ain Sokhna, creating around 6,000 jobs and attracting approximately 373,000 tourists annually.

Nobu will launch a hotel, restaurant, villas, and residences. The official launch is planned for 2026 with no further details disclosed.

Radisson Hotel Group signed 10 new hotels across India in one week in July 2026. These properties span business, leisure, and spiritual tourism destinations.
