Atheel is set to manage a new luxury hotel, the first of its kind in Saudi Arabia to be operated by a Saudi company, located within Riyadh’s King Abdullah Financial District (KAFD). Positioned in a prominent business area, the hotel aims to elevate the hospitality offerings in the district.
The property will accommodate guests with 214 keys and will include rooftop views overlooking Riyadh’s skyline, providing a premium experience for visitors seeking high-end accommodations in the capital.
Scheduled to open by 2026, this development will provide travelers and business visitors to Riyadh access to upscale lodging with distinctive features such
as panoramic rooftop vistas, contributing to the diversification of luxury hospitality options available in the Kingdom.
