Spanish hospitality company Palladium Hotel Group, with more than 50 years of experience, reported growth in U.S. traveler demand across its portfolio of over 40 hotels and 13,000 rooms spanning nine countries as 2026 approaches its end. The United States is the group’s largest source market in the Americas, third largest in Europe, and second largest in Spain.

Rising Interest in All-Inclusive Travel Among North American Guests

These travelers are interested in personalized services, wellness, and premium experiences alongside the convenience and value offered by all-inclusive models.

Major Investment in Ibiza’s Luxury Hospitality

Palladium Hotel Group is investing over €90 million in The Site Ibiza, which features two five-star hotels and several leisure and gastronomic venues. Another property, The Unexpected Ibiza Hotel, is adults-only and hosts Europe’s first Gordon Ramsay Hell’s Kitchen restaurant, opened in June 2025 in collaboration

with Gordon Ramsay Restaurants.

Expansion into U.S. Market and New Openings

The group is preparing to enter the U.S. market through Only YOU Hotel New York, located on 45th Street in Manhattan.
