Christian Clerc, president and CEO of Auberge Collection, called The Knox a new chapter for the

brand’s growth into major cities. Sabrina Gleizer of development partner BDT & MSD Partners expressed that the hotel was meant to feel distinctly Dallas and a meaningful part of the Knox Street area, achieved through collaboration on design and hospitality.

Role in Redevelopment and Brand Expansion

The Knox serves as the hospitality anchor for a broader commercial and residential redevelopment project involving BDT & MSD Partners, Trammell Crow Company, Owners of Highland Park Village, and The Retail Connection. The Auberge Collection is expanding its presence in major metropolitan markets, with plans to open Cambridge House in London’s Mayfair neighborhood in 2027.
