Q2 2026 Financial Performance Supports Expansion
Financial reports for the second quarter of 2026 underline the expansion’s foundation. Revenue surged to ILS 1.90 billion, a 42.53 percent increase from ILS 1.33 billion in the first quarter. The company recorded net income of ILS 140.98 million, reversing a loss of ILS 316.34 million in the prior quarter. Diluted earnings per share reached ILS 8.51, with operating cash flow amounting to ILS 293.31 million
and capital expenditures at ILS 85.18 million during the quarter.
Fattal Holdings carried a market capitalization of ILS 10.6 billion as of October 15, 2026. The announcement of the hotel pipeline followed shortly after this financial turnaround.
The staged rollout through 2030 spreads investment commitments and provides ongoing evaluation points. Achieving occupancy targets, managing capital spending, and executing project timelines will be critical to sustaining the company’s stock performance and growth ambitions.
