Expansion Strategy and Market Implications
The hotel expansion schedule is spread through 2030, signalling a sustained growth agenda rather than a concentrated investment period. As of October 15,

The combination of strong quarterly revenue growth and long-term development projects underscores key factors likely to influence the company’s stock performance, including project execution, occupancy levels, and capital funding.
The announced hotels in Tel Aviv and Jerusalem provide concrete milestones for the expansion, allowing investors to track progress through targeted openings from March to June 2027.
