Two Ryanair flights departing Manchester Airport were cancelled on the morning of Thursday, October 8, 2026. Flight FR4927 to Paphos, Cyprus, scheduled for 5:50 am, and flight FR6983 to Genoa, Italy, due at 6:10 am, both did not operate as planned.

Delays Affect Several Airlines and Destinations

Several other flights at Manchester Airport experienced delays or revised departure times during the early morning hours. TUI’s flight to Malaga, originally set to leave at 6:00 am, was pushed back to an estimated 6:25 am departure. The airline’s Dubrovnik service, scheduled for 6:05 am, departed around 6:44 am. Jet2’s flight to Ibiza, initially slated for a 6:05 am

takeoff, showed a revised estimated departure of 6:30 am. Brussels Airlines’ flight to Brussels was delayed by approximately 25 minutes.

Additional Ryanair flights to Dublin and Pisa also reported adjusted departure times. KLM’s service to Amsterdam similarly had a revised scheduled departure. Despite updates, some aircraft departed earlier than initially revised, leading to variation in delay durations.
