Full Refurbishment of Rixos Al Mairid’s Main Building

At Rixos Al Mairid, the main building’s rooms will undergo a complete refurbishment designed to elevate the resort’s premium positioning. The Pullman Resort is expected to reopen by the second quarter of 2027.

Marjan Hospitality’s refurbishment plans coincide with increased momentum in Ras Al Khaimah’s tourism and hospitality development, including new premium projects such as Wynn Al Marjan Island. The company seeks to ensure its

established properties evolve to meet modern guest expectations and contribute to the destination’s overall quality. Alison Grinnell, Group COO of Marjan and CEO of Marjan Hospitality, emphasized maintaining clear property identities aligned with the emirate’s standard-raising developments.

These renovations form part of wider efforts to enhance Ras Al Khaimah’s hospitality offerings amidst growing demand for premium lifestyle and leisure experiences.
