Delta Air Lines will introduce new nonstop flights from Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) to Monterey, California, and Philadelphia, expanding its network alongside increased service to seven other U.S. destinations. Delta currently operates flights to Monterey from Salt Lake City, adding the new Los Angeles route as part of this growth.
In an announcement published on September 21, 2026, Delta said it will deliver its largest and most premium operation ever at LAX during the summer peak of 2027. At that time, Delta and its partners plan to offer more than 200 daily departures from the Los Angeles hub.
