Accor’s MGallery hotel brand is set to open its first flagship property in the United States by integrating the Ink 48 hotel in New York City’s Hell’s Kitchen neighborhood in 2028. Located near the Hudson River, Ink 48 is noted for its rooftop bar, Hudson Vu, which offers views of iconic city landmarks.

Ink 48 features 222 rooms and suites and will remain operational and independently managed throughout an extensive renovation and enhancement program aimed at elevating the guest experience while retaining the hotel’s distinctive character. The redesign is scheduled ahead of the hotel’s official inclusion in the MGallery Collection

by 2028.

Ownership, Management, and Brand Expansion

The hotel is a joint venture between Capstone Equities of New York and Montreal-based Leyad, with Rebel Hotel Company serving as the management operator. MGallery’s portfolio currently includes over 125 boutique hotels worldwide, spanning countries such as Vietnam, Switzerland, Morocco, Australia, Canada, and Mexico. The Ink 48 will become the brand’s leading flagship property in the U.S., complementing the existing Hotel Ändra Seattle within the MGallery portfolio in North America. Accor loyalty members enrolled in ALL (Accor Live Limitless) will gain a lifestyle destination to earn and redeem points close to major New York City attractions.
