Frasers Hospitality, a unit of Frasers Property, announced the launch of Fraser Suites Reserve, a luxury serviced living brand targeting discerning global travellers. The new brand focuses on providing privacy, ease, and the comforts of home along with luxury hospitality standards.

Design and Wellness Features of Fraser Suites Reserve

Fraser Suites Reserve properties are designed as private urban sanctuaries with refined rooms featuring integrated kitchenettes for independent living during extended stays. The brand integrates personalized luxury service with curated wellness and lifestyle experiences, including distinctive dining concepts and access to Club Frasers private lounges. Holistic wellbeing is central, with guest access to The Wellness Edit, Frasers Hospitality’s global

wellness program. The Bangkok property will also include the House of Rejuvenation, offering advanced wellness facilities and therapist-led treatments.

First Property Launch Details in Bangkok

The inaugural Fraser Suites Reserve property will open in Bangkok occupying ten floors in a 45-storey tower at One Bangkok, located at the intersection of Rama IV Road and Wireless Road. The 255-room hotel will offer panoramic views of the Bangkok skyline and the Chao Phraya River. Phased openings start in December 2026, with a grand opening planned for March 2027.

COO Chew Hang Song highlighted the brand’s luxury service model, stating it provides “an experience that feels immediately

familiar and deeply human, supported by service that is warm and intuitive, yet respectful of their privacy.”
