Accor announced that its boutique hotel brand MGallery will open its first U.S. flagship hotel at the Ink 48 hotel in New York City’s Hell’s Kitchen neighborhood near the Hudson River in 2028. The hotel has 222 rooms and suites.
Ownership, Management and Renovation of Ink 48
Ink 48 will join the MGallery Collection while remaining open and independently operated during an extensive renovation and enhancement program designed to elevate the guest experience while preserving the property’s distinctive character. The hotel is managed by Rebel Hotel Company and owned jointly by Capstone Equities of New York and Leyad from Montreal.

flagship for MGallery in the U.S., marking a key milestone in expanding Accor’s brand presence in the American market.

Members of Accor’s loyalty program, Accor Live Limitless (ALL), will gain a new lifestyle destination in New York City for earning and redeeming points. Ink 48 will remain operational and open to guests throughout the renovation, ensuring uninterrupted service.
