The Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria (FAAN) is initiating a nationwide rollout of the V-Pass facial recognition system starting July 2026.
The deployment covers all Nigerian domestic airports. Passengers flying through these airports will experience streamlined boarding through the V-Pass facial recognition technology beginning in July 2026.
