Naples Grande Beach Resort will join the Signia Hilton portfolio as Signia Hilton Naples Grande Beach Resort, becoming the first Signia Hilton hotel on Florida’s Gulf Coast. The resort features 474 rooms, including 50 villas, and is undergoing the most extensive renovation in its nearly 40-year history, including redesigned guest rooms and suites, culinary offerings, destination-inspired experiences, wellness amenities, and upgraded social and gathering spaces.
Signia Hilton Naples Grande Beach Resort is scheduled to open in January 2027 and is now accepting reservations for stays beginning January 1, 2027. Hilton Honors members booking three nights or more between January 15,
2027, and July 15, 2027, will earn 5,000 additional Hilton Honors Points. The Hilton Honors program has more than 260 million members worldwide and provides benefits such as flexible payment options, member discounts, free standard Wi-Fi, and mobile app features including Digital Key and Digital Check-In.
The resort is located on Florida’s Paradise Coast along three miles of Gulf Coast beach, including mangrove forests of Clam Pass, near downtown Naples and Waterside Shops. It includes a luxury spa, multiple pools, championship tennis courts, and indoor and outdoor event spaces. The resort targets leisure travelers, groups, weddings, and special events.
