Hilton announced that Naples Grande Beach Resort will join its Signia Hilton portfolio as Signia Hilton Naples Grande Beach Resort, marking the brand’s initial property on Florida’s Gulf Coast. The 474-room resort, featuring 50 villas, is undergoing a comprehensive renovation and will reopen in January 2027.
Resort Renovation and New Amenities
The property is experiencing its most extensive transformation in nearly 40 years aimed at elevating the guest experience. Renovations will include redesigned guestrooms and suites alongside updated culinary options and destination-inspired activities. The resort’s wellness amenities will be enhanced and social as well as gathering spaces redesigned to foster connection, all featuring the trademark
Signia Hilton service approach.
Location and Resort Features
Located near downtown Naples, Florida, the resort provides guests direct access to three miles of white sand beach along the Gulf Coast. It is adjacent to the Clam Pass mangrove forests and close to shopping at Waterside Shops on Florida’s Paradise Coast. Facilities include a luxury spa, multiple pools, championship tennis courts, plus versatile indoor and outdoor event venues suited for leisure travelers, weddings, and group functions.
Hilton Honors Integration and Reservations
Signia Hilton Naples Grande Beach Resort joins the Hilton Honors program, enabling members to earn and redeem points during stays. Reservations are open for stays starting January 1, 2027,
through Hilton.com. A launch promotion offers guests 5,000 extra Hilton Honors Points on stays of three nights or more from January 15 through July 15, 2027. Members can also use digital features such as Digital Key and Digital Check-In via the Hilton Honors mobile app.
