Windsong Resort on Grace Bay Beach in Providenciales, Turks and Caicos, completed a renovation unveiled on July 17, 2026, with a reopening scheduled for September 12, 2026. The update introduced Pelago, a new rooftop restaurant, alongside expanded villa accommodations.
Rooftop Villa Collection and New Restaurant at Windsong
The resort’s new Rooftop Villa Collection ranges from one-bedroom to 11-bedroom villas. Each features private rooftop terraces equipped with hot tubs, outdoor grills, alfresco dining, and lounge areas. Access is via spiral staircases or glass elevators in select units. These villas deliver residential-style accommodations combined with premium resort amenities.
Pelago restaurant, overlooking Grace Bay, serves Mediterranean cuisine with Asian influences. It
offers breakfast, lunch, and dinner, with wine pairings during evening service.
Location Advantages and Snorkeling Access
Windsong Resort is located directly on Grace Bay Beach in front of a renowned snorkeling reef within Princess Alexandra National Park. Guests can snorkel directly from the beach without boat transfers.
The resort leverages this reef access in the competitive Turks and Caicos luxury market.
Market Positioning, Rates, and Air Connectivity
Caribbean Journal names Windsong a competitive choice in Turks and Caicos, a luxury market with some of the Caribbean’s highest hotel rates and rising occupancy. Standard room rates start in the low $400s per night for September 2026 before taxes and include breakfast. Accommodations
serve individuals, couples, families, and groups.
Delta Air Lines is expanding flights to Turks and Caicos from U.S. gateways. Flights from Miami to Providenciales take under two hours. Increased air service improves access to Grace Bay.
Windsong General Manager Anette Mullings stated, “Families and groups are increasingly looking for accommodations that combine generous living spaces with premium resort amenities.” The resort’s offerings position it between traditional hotel stays and private villas.
