Windsong Resort on Grace Bay Beach in Providenciales, Turks and Caicos, opened its Pelago rooftop restaurant on July 17, 2026. Pelago offers Mediterranean cuisine with Asian influences and course-specific wine pairings at dinner, serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner with panoramic views over Grace Bay.

Expanded Rooftop Villa Collection with Private Amenities

The resort’s newly rebranded Rooftop Villa Collection features accommodations ranging from one-bedroom units to villas with up to 11 bedrooms. Each includes private rooftop terraces equipped with hot tubs, outdoor grills, alfresco dining areas, and lounges. Guests access these terraces via spiral staircases or private glass elevators in select villas, offering a villa-style experience integrated with

resort amenities.

Prime Location with Direct Reef and Airport Access

Located directly on Grace Bay Beach, Windsong Resort fronts one of Providenciales’ best-known snorkeling reefs within Princess Alexandra National Park. The reef is accessible immediately off the beach, eliminating the need for boat transfers for snorkeling. The resort is a short drive from Providenciales International Airport, facilitating easy arrival for guests.

Enhanced Guest Experience with New Dining and Villa Options

Pelago provides guests a distinctive dining option overlooking Grace Bay’s waters, expanding the resort’s culinary offerings. The Rooftop Villa Collection delivers more residential-style lodging suited for multigenerational families and larger groups. Snorkeling directly off the beach allows guests flexible access to the reef experience without organizing excursions.

Market Trends and Official Statements

Anette Mullings, Windsong Resort’s General Manager, noted, “Families and groups are increasingly looking for accommodations that combine generous living spaces with premium resort amenities.” Windsong positions its villa product between traditional hotel rooms and standalone villas to meet this demand within a competitive luxury market.

Turks and Caicos Tourism Context

Turks and Caicos, especially Providenciales, continues to see rising hotel demand and some of the Caribbean’s highest hotel rates. Airlines have increased nonstop flights from U.S. hubs including Miami, enhancing accessibility. Grace Bay has emerged as a top luxury destination offering premium experiences, driving the need for distinctive accommodations and dining.
