Hilton announced that Naples Grande Beach Resort will join the Signia Hilton portfolio as Signia Hilton Naples Grande Beach Resort, becoming the first Signia Hilton on Florida’s Gulf Coast. The resort will begin accepting reservations for stays starting January 1, 2027, expanding Signia Hilton’s presence in Florida.

Resort Size, Amenities, and Renovation

The resort comprises 474 rooms, including 50 villas, and is undergoing a comprehensive, resort-wide renovation—the most significant transformation in its nearly four-decade history. Renovations include redesigned guest rooms and suites, new culinary offerings, destination-inspired experiences, premium wellness amenities, and dynamic social and gathering spaces.

Signia Hilton Naples Grande Beach Resort provides direct access

to three miles of Gulf Coast beach, featuring the mangrove forests of Clam Pass. It is located minutes from downtown Naples, Waterside Shops, and cultural attractions on Florida’s Paradise Coast. Amenities include a luxury spa, multiple pools, championship tennis courts, and versatile indoor and outdoor event spaces.

Reservations and Hilton Honors Benefits

Reservations are open on Hilton.com for stays starting January 1, 2027. To celebrate the debut, guests staying three nights or more between January 15 and July 15, 2027 will receive 5,000 additional Hilton Honors Points. Signia Hilton Naples Grande Beach Resort is part of the Hilton Honors loyalty program, which has over 260

million members worldwide.

Hilton Honors members booking directly enjoy benefits including flexible point-money payment options, exclusive member discounts, complimentary standard Wi-Fi, and mobile services such as Digital Key and Digital Check-in.

Official Statements on Brand Expansion

Meghan Fitzgerald, global brand leader of Signia Hilton, said the signing marks an exciting step in brand growth and expansion into premier resort destinations. She described Naples as one of Florida’s most coveted coastal luxury destinations offering a distinctive setting for guests to connect, celebrate, discover, and immerse themselves in the Gulf Coast experience.

Gary Sims, managing director of Signia Hilton Naples Grande Beach Resort, noted the resort’s legacy

of hospitality and outstanding amenities. He said the reimagined resort offers more opportunities to relax, celebrate, and connect, welcoming both returning guests and new travelers to a refreshed Naples Grande experience.

Hilton’s Luxury Growth in Florida

This property will be Signia Hilton’s third in Florida, joining Signia by Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek and Signia by Hilton Diplomat Beach Resort. The addition strengthens Hilton’s luxury resort footprint in Florida, a leading destination attracting repeat visitors.

Hilton, a global hospitality company, operates 28 brands with more than 9,400 properties and nearly 1.4 million rooms in 144 countries and territories. The company continues to invest in technology and
