Hilton has announced that Naples Grande Beach Resort will join its Signia Hilton portfolio as Signia Hilton Naples Grande Beach Resort, marking the brand’s inaugural property on Florida’s Gulf Coast. This transition reflects Signia Hilton’s expanding presence in key resort markets.
The resort features 474 guest rooms, including 50 villas. It is scheduled to open in January 2027, with reservations currently available for stays starting January 1 of that year.
Located along three miles of Gulf Coast beachfront in Naples, Florida, the resort is close to downtown Naples, Waterside Shops, and other cultural venues along Florida’s Paradise Coast. It includes
amenities such as a luxury spa, multiple pools, championship tennis courts, and a variety of indoor and outdoor spaces suitable for events, weddings, and group gatherings.
Naples Grande is undergoing the most extensive renovation in nearly 40 years to elevate guest accommodations and experiences. Renovation plans entail redesigned rooms and suites, enhanced culinary options, wellness amenities, and dynamic social areas, aligning with Signia Hilton’s luxury brand standards and service practices.
Upon opening, Signia Hilton Naples Grande Beach Resort will join Hilton Honors, the company’s loyalty program with over 260 million members worldwide. Guests staying three nights or longer from January
15 through July 15, 2027, will earn an additional 5,000 Hilton Honors points.
Meghan Fitzgerald, global brand leader for Signia Hilton, said, “We’re looking forward to welcoming Naples Grande Beach Resort into the Signia Hilton portfolio, marking an exciting step in our strong brand growth and continued expansion into premier resort destinations.” She added that the resort offers a unique environment for guests to experience the distinctive Signia Hilton lifestyle on Florida’s Gulf Coast.
Gary Sims, managing director of the new Signia Hilton Naples Grande Beach Resort, said the property has been chosen by guests for generations due to its
exceptional location and amenities. He stated the reimagined resort will provide enhanced opportunities for relaxation and celebration while honoring its legacy.
This property will be Signia Hilton’s third in Florida, joining the Signia by Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek and Signia by Hilton Diplomat Beach Resort, contributing to Hilton’s portfolio of over 540 hotels across the state.
