ITB India 2026 commenced on September 1 at the Jio World Convention Centre in Mumbai, running until September 3. This fourth in-person edition aims to unite global travel professionals for business, networking, and knowledge exchange.

The event expects participation from over 3,000 travel industry professionals, including more than 400 qualified buyers. More than 100 exhibiting brands represent sectors such as Leisure, MICE, Corporate Travel, and Travel Technology.

Event Support and Conference Tracks
The exhibition is backed by a wide network of Indian travel trade and industry associations, strengthening ties with travel agents, tour operators, MICE professionals, and tourism organizations. The concurrent ITB India Conference 2026 presents four thematic tracks: Knowledge, MICE & Corporate, Travel Technology, and Experiential Travel.
Major panel sessions include the MICE Leaders’ Panel focusing on the future of the MICE industry in India and South Asia, the Tech Leaders’ Panel on digital adoption in
travel, the Hospitality Panel discussing innovation versus tradition, and the Experiential Travel Panel exploring values shaping modern travel.
A new invitation-only ITB India Leadership Roundtable is held in collaboration with Simon-Kucher. This closed-door forum assembles senior leaders to discuss India’s outbound market growth, destination competitiveness, connectivity, investment, technology, and public-private partnerships.
Networking events include the ITB India Happy Hour on the first day and Cruise Capsule on day two, spotlighting opportunities in India’s growing cruise market.
