Hyatt launched its Hyatt Vivid Cancun property in August 2026 as an adults-only, all-inclusive resort in Cancun, Mexico. The hotel marks the brand’s entry into the adults-only segment within the World of Hyatt loyalty program.
Accommodation and Room Upgrades
The Hyatt Vivid Cancun offers 416 rooms and suites, each with ocean views overlooking the Caribbean Sea. Guests can choose to upgrade to Vantage Club room types, which provide premium accommodations, access to a private Vantage Club lounge, and dedicated concierge services.
Dining Options and Beverage Inclusions
The property includes seven restaurants and seven bars. Dining features unlimited a la carte selections with no reservation requirements. Additionally, 24-hour dining options
are available. Beverage service encompasses unlimited natural fruit juices, soft drinks, as well as international and domestic top-shelf spirits.
Recreational Facilities and Wellness Offerings
Recreational activities at Hyatt Vivid Cancun include padel, pickleball, surfing in two surf pools, and access to an 18-hole golf course. The resort also has three swimming pools and an ocean-view spa. Spa treatments include massages, facials, hydrotherapy, and cacao ritual body wraps inspired by local culture.
Cultural Experiences and Location
The resort offers cultural programs such as cooking classes, tequila tastings, and art workshops influenced by local traditions. Hyatt Vivid Cancun is situated within the gated Puerta del Mar community, overlooking the Puerto Cancun
marina. It is located within minutes from Cancun International Airport (CUN) and the Hotel Zone tourist area.

Nightly room rates start around $280 or 20,000 World of Hyatt points for double occupancy. The use of
World of Hyatt points can cover lodging, most food, drinks, and resort activities, providing a prepaid vacation experience with flexibility.
