Hilton is launching the Amàre Cancún Adults Only All-Inclusive Resort, Curio by Hilton, an adults-only property featuring 429 suites, two rooftop pools, and a resort-within-a-resort design. Reservations are now available for stays starting October 31, 2026, marking the brand’s first location in the Americas according to Caribbean Journal.
Location, Structure, and Ownership
The resort is situated along Boulevard Kukulcán in Cancun’s Hotel Zone, approximately 30 minutes from Cancun International Airport. It consists of a 20-story main tower and a 6-story secondary tower, each topped with rooftop pools overlooking the Caribbean Sea and Nichupté Lagoon. The property is owned and managed by Fuerte Group Hotels,
the Spanish company behind the Amàre brand.
Accommodations and Room Features
The 429 suites include a range of options from lagoon-view Junior Suites to oceanfront suites within The One and The One Club categories, a resort-within-a-resort concept providing exclusive oceanfront accommodations. Nearly 97% of the rooms offer ocean views. Premium suites feature amenities such as jetted tubs, separate living spaces, balconies, and terraces. At the top tier, the Master Suite Ocean Front includes a jetted tub, dual vanity, and separate living area.
Dining and Beverage Services
The resort hosts seven restaurants and nine bars, offering 16 distinct food and beverage venues. The culinary program integrates Mediterranean cooking techniques
with Mexican and Latin American ingredients. A dedicated mezcal and tequila curator guides the beverage offerings, accentuating Mexico’s agave spirits. A 24-hour room service and specialty coffee experiences are also available.
Arts, Entertainment, Wellness, and Events
Artwork from contemporary Mexican and Latin American artists is displayed throughout public spaces, hallways, and elevators. Live music performances and resident DJs will provide entertainment across multiple areas including rooftops and social venues. Wellness amenities include nine spa treatment rooms using Germaine de Capuccini products, a full-service fitness center, a hair salon, and a nail salon. The resort features nearly 10,000 square feet of event space including a 7,600-square-foot
ballroom and two rooftop event venues. A dedicated bridal suite supports the resort’s wedding and celebration services.
Reservations, Pricing, and Loyalty Program
Reservations are open for stays beginning October 31, 2026. Room rates start at approximately $315 per night for lagoon-view Junior Suites, around $409 for ocean-view Junior Suites, and from $431 for oceanfront categories. The top-tier Master Suite Ocean Front is priced at about $766 per night. The resort participates in the Hilton Honors loyalty program, permitting members to earn and redeem points during their stay.
Adults-Only Policy and Brand Background
Amàre Cancún exclusively serves guests aged 18 and older. The resort leverages nearly a decade of experience operating
adults-only hotels in Spain, extending the brand’s Mediterranean heritage to the Caribbean. The property’s location in a protected bay maintains calm and clear water with reduced sargassum, providing a sheltered beachfront environment in Cancun’s hotel corridor. As part of Curio by Hilton, the resort integrates into Hilton’s global network and expands its presence in the Mexican Caribbean’s adults-only resort segment.
