Allegiant Airlines announced a new nonstop route between Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport (CVG) and Orlando International Airport, scheduled to begin February 12, 2027. One-way fares for the new service will start at $49.
Allegiant and CVG Officials on New Route
Drew Wells, Allegiant’s Chief Commercial Officer, said the carrier is excited to expand its network by adding the Orlando route, which reflects the flexibility of Allegiant’s business model to meet demand during peak leisure periods. Chad Summe, Board Chair of the Kenton County Airport Board, noted Orlando’s popularity as a destination from the region and highlighted that Allegiant now serves 23 nonstop cities from CVG.
Allegiant’s Growth and Passenger Milestones at CVG
Since launching
service at CVG more than a decade ago, Allegiant Airlines reached its 10 millionth customer at the airport in summer 2026. The airline has steadily added nonstop routes from CVG in recent years, including destinations such as Gulf Shores, Alabama; Portland, Oregon; and Santa Ana, California. The new Orlando service continues this expansion trend.
Passengers flying the CVG-Orlando route will have access to direct and affordable flights to one of the region’s most visited leisure locations. Seats and dates for the $49 fare are limited, and optional baggage charges and other restrictions will apply.
