Hilton will open an adults-only all-inclusive property in Cancun named Amàre Cancún Adults Only All-Inclusive Resort, Curio by Hilton, accepting reservations for stays starting October 31, 2026. The resort will feature 429 suites and two rooftop pools across two towers.
Location and Facilities
The resort is positioned beachfront on Boulevard Kukulcán within Cancun’s Hotel Zone, roughly 30 minutes from Cancun International Airport. The main tower rises 20 stories, accompanied by a six-story secondary tower. Both buildings host rooftop pools overlooking the Caribbean Sea and Nichupté Lagoon. Nearly 10,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor event space, including a 7,600-square-foot ballroom, supports weddings and
private functions.
Accommodation and Resort Concept
Of the 429 suites, 97 percent offer ocean views. Guest rooms are arranged into categories ranging from lagoon-view Junior Suites to oceanfront suites within the resort-within-a-resort areas called The One and The One Club. Higher-tier suites include amenities such as jetted tubs and separate living spaces, while balconies and terraces are standard.
Dining, Bars, and Entertainment
Amàre Cancún will have seven restaurants and nine bars, incorporating Mediterranean cooking techniques with Mexican and Latin American ingredients. The beverage program includes a mezcal and tequila curator emphasizing agave spirits. Live music and resident DJs will perform across various venues, with multiple music styles featured
throughout the property.
Wellness, Events, and Adult Policy
The spa offers nine treatment rooms using Germaine de Capuccini products, complemented by a fitness center, hair, and nail salons, plus a dedicated bridal suite. The resort’s adults-only policy applies to guests aged 18 and older. Event spaces include rooftop venues in addition to the ballroom and other facilities.
Booking and Pricing
The resort participates in the Hilton Honors loyalty program through its affiliation with Curio by Hilton. Room rates for opening dates start at approximately $315 per night for a lagoon-view Junior Suite with a king bed. Ocean-view rooms begin near $409 per night, and oceanfront suites in The
One Club start around $474 per night. The top-tier master suite opens at about $766 per night including taxes.

Owned and managed by Spain’s Fuerte Group Hotels, Amàre Cancún is Hilton’s first Amàre-branded resort in the Americas. The brand integrates Mediterranean roots with Mexican and Latin American cultural influences in art, culinary offerings, and music. The resort is located within a protected bay that helps maintain calm, clear water largely free of sargassum throughout the year.
