Celebrity Cruises Unveils 2028-29 Cruises on All Seven Continents

Celebrity Cruises announced on August 10, 2026, its global deployment schedule for 2028 and 2029. This plan covers itineraries across all seven continents, featuring expanded seasons and new ports of call in regions including Europe, Alaska, Asia, Australia, South America, Antarctica, Bermuda, Canada, and New England.

Expanded Europe Season Featuring Four Edge Series Ships

The 2028-2029 Europe season marks the first time four Edge Series ships, including the renewed Celebrity Beyond, will sail the continent. Celebrity Beyond returns to Europe for the first time since 2023, offering enhanced onboard experiences such as the Mediterranean restaurant Bora and the newly introduced Celebrity Pool Club, featuring the Orange Peel Bar

& Grille and Tacos del Sol. Sailings range from seven to 14 nights departing from Southampton with routes covering Norway, Iceland, and Scandinavia.

Celebrity Beyond’s 14-night itineraries navigate Icelandic ports including Reykjavik, Isafjordur, Akureyri, and Seydisfjordur, followed by Norway’s fjords such as Geiranger, Alesund, Flam, Nordfjordeid, and Bergen. Celebrity Summit will also provide round-trip sailings from Reykjavik.

Celebrity Apex will undertake 12-night sailings around Scandinavia, visiting Oslo, Skagen, Stockholm, Tallinn, Helsinki, and Copenhagen, and will also offer 12-night trips to the British Isles. These sailings include Celebrity Cruises’ inaugural call on Galway, Ireland.

Mediterranean itineraries on Celebrity Xcel, Celebrity Ascent,

and Celebrity Eclipse last seven to 11 nights, calling at Italy, France, Spain, Morocco, Portugal, Greece, and Turkey. Celebrity Constellation will cover Italy and Croatia on 10- and 11-night routes, marking the first visit to Bari, Italy, since 2014. Celebrity Infinity will provide year-round Europe cruises including the first Egypt sailings since 2023, with overnight stays in Alexandria.

Alaska, Asia, Australia, and New Zealand Itineraries

Three Celebrity ships will sail Alaska in 2028: Celebrity Edge, Celebrity Equinox, and Celebrity Millennium. Celebrity Edge operates its fifth season in the region. Celebrity Equinox introduces seven-night open-jaw sailings between Vancouver and Seward, Alaska, with a connected land-based Cruisetour visiting Anchorage,

Talkeetna, and Denali. Celebrity Millennium will offer round-trip sailings from Vancouver.

In Asia, the renewed Celebrity Solstice will sail a full season in Japan from April to October 2028, featuring overnight stays in Kyoto and Aomori and participation in festivals like Golden Week and Gion Matsuri. Celebrity Millennium’s spring and fall sailings will include experiences during Cherry Blossom and Hibiscus seasons as well as autumn foliage viewing. Winter sailings in Southeast Asia by Celebrity Solstice and Celebrity Millennium will call on Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, and China, with overnight stops in Bangkok, Phuket, Hanoi, Hong Kong, and Penang.

For Australia

and New Zealand, 23 sailings will depart from Sydney and Auckland aboard Celebrity Edge and Celebrity Solstice. These itineraries span four- to 14-night voyages to destinations such as Australia’s wine region, the fjords of New Zealand, Tauranga, Lifou in Loyalty Islands, and Mystery Island in Vanuatu.

Celebrity Equinox will offer new round-trip sailings to Hawaii from Los Angeles.

South America and Antarctica Itineraries

Celebrity Equinox will operate 12- to 16-night itineraries across five South American countries and Antarctica, visiting locations such as the Chilean Fjords, Patagonia, valleys in Tierra del Fuego National Park, Cape Horn, and including overnight stays in Valparaiso, Chile, and Buenos Aires,

Argentina. This includes a 16-night holiday sailing in Antarctica to celebrate New Year’s Eve.

Bermuda, Canada, and New England Sailings

Celebrity Summit will provide seven-night Bermuda sailings departing from Cape Liberty, New Jersey, in May 2028, featuring two overnight stays. In September and October 2028, 12-night sailings from Boston will explore Canada and New England’s coastal destinations, including an overnight stop in Quebec City to experience the city after dark.
