Celebrity Cruises announced its global itinerary schedule for the 2028-29 season, featuring voyages across all seven continents and expanded cruise options in Europe. The deployment includes four Edge Series vessels sailing in Europe for the first time, among other new and extended itineraries.
Expanded Europe Season with Four Edge Series Ships
Four Edge Series ships, including the newly renewed Celebrity Beyond, will operate in Europe during 2028-29. Celebrity Beyond returns to Europe for the first time since 2023, sailing seven- to 14-night routes from Southampton, England. Its itineraries include 14-night journeys visiting Reykjavik, Isafjordur, Akureyri, and Seydisfjordur in Iceland, followed by Norwegian fjord ports such as Geiranger, Alesund,
Flam, Nordfjordeid, and Bergen.
Onboard, Celebrity Beyond introduces new spaces like the Mediterranean restaurant Bora and the Celebrity Pool Club featuring Orange Peel Bar & Grille and Tacos del Sol. Celebrity Apex offers 12-night sailings to Scandinavia visiting Oslo, Skagen, Stockholm, Tallinn, Helsinki, and Copenhagen, along with 12-night British Isles cruises including Celebrity Cruises’ first-ever stop in Galway, Ireland.
Mediterranean voyages aboard Celebrity Xcel, Celebrity Ascent, and Celebrity Eclipse range from seven to 11 nights and include Italy, France, Spain, Morocco, Portugal, Greece, and Turkey. Celebrity Constellation revisits Bari, Italy, with 10- and 11-night sailings to Italy and Croatia. Celebrity
Infinity will sail year-round in Europe and Egypt, featuring overnight stops in Alexandria and shoulder-season routes from Athens and Barcelona.
Alaska, Hawaii, Australia, New Zealand, and South Pacific Deployments
Three ships sail Alaska in 2028: Celebrity Edge returns for its fifth season, Celebrity Equinox offers seven-night open-jaw voyages between Vancouver and Seward, and Celebrity Millennium operates round-trips from Vancouver. Celebrity Equinox also debuts new round-trip Hawaii sailings from Los Angeles.
Australia and New Zealand itineraries span 23 sailings from Sydney and Auckland aboard Celebrity Edge and Celebrity Solstice. Destinations include New Zealand’s fjords, Australia’s wine regions, and South Pacific ports such as Tauranga, Lifou, and Mystery Island in Vanuatu.
Asian Cruises Highlight Japan and Southeast Asia
Celebrity Solstice will operate a full season in Japan from April to October 2028, with overnight stays in Kyoto and Aomori, festival visits including Golden Week and Gion Matsuri, and 17 combined visits to Okinawa alongside Celebrity Millennium. Celebrity Millennium’s spring and fall sailings focus on Japan’s cherry blossom and autumn foliage seasons with additional Okinawa calls.
Winter cruises on Celebrity Solstice and Celebrity Millennium visit Southeast Asia, stopping overnight in Bangkok, Phuket, Hanoi, Benoa (Bali), Penang, and Hong Kong. Celebrity Millennium offers an overnight stay in Hong Kong on New Year’s Eve 2028, allowing guests to view the city’s
fireworks.
South America, Antarctica, Bermuda, Canada, and New England Sailings
Celebrity Equinox presents 12- to 16-night itineraries through South America and Antarctica, including the Chilean Fjords, Iguazu Falls, Patagonia, Cape Horn, Tierra del Fuego National Park, and overnight stops in Valparaiso, Chile, and Buenos Aires, Argentina. A 16-night Antarctic holiday cruise is also available to ring in the new year.
Seven-night Bermuda cruises aboard Celebrity Summit depart Cape Liberty, New Jersey, in May 2028, featuring two overnight stays. From September to October 2028, Celebrity Summit offers 12-night Canada and New England sailings from Boston, including an overnight visit to Quebec City during the region’s fall foliage season.
