Four international routes will operate from Guadalajara airport beginning in December 2026. The Guadalajara–Washington Dulles service starts December 1, followed by flights to Medellín and Atlanta starting December 2, and Guatemala City from December 4. Guadalajara will now connect directly to four U.S. cities, Colombia, and Guatemala.

Puebla airport will add three routes, including domestic flights

The Guadalajara–Medellín route will operate three times weekly on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, with departures from Guadalajara at 07:25 arriving Medellín at 12:55. Return flights from Medellín leave at 14:00 and arrive in Guadalajara at 18:20. Guadalajara–Washington Dulles flights run Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday, returning on Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday. Guadalajara–Atlanta service will be available Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday. Guadalajara–Guatemala City flights operate Mondays and
Fridays. Puebla–Acapulco flights operate Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday; Puebla–Puerto Escondido on Tuesday, Thursday, and Sunday; Puebla–Chicago O’Hare starts December 2, with frequencies not detailed.
Volaris Fleet and Network Statistics
Volaris currently operates a fleet exceeding 150 Airbus A320 family aircraft. It connects 46 cities in Mexico with 29 destinations across the United States, Central and South America. Guadalajara airport offers over 110 daily departures to 64 destinations. Since starting operations in Colombia in October 2021, Volaris has transported more than 660,000 passengers on approximately 4,900 flights between Mexico and Colombia. The airline reported exceeding 3 million passengers in July 2026 with an 88% load factor.
