Jet2 is launching a new flight route from London Stansted Airport to Jersey for the summer 2027 season, according to the East Anglian Daily Times. The new Jersey service will operate three times weekly.
Flight Schedule for Jersey Route
Flights to Jersey will be available every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday throughout the summer of 2027. This schedule offers direct access to the Channel Islands from London Stansted multiple times per week.
Jet2 Expands Routes from London Stansted
Steve Heapy, CEO of Jet2, stated that continued demand from customers and independent travel agents at London Stansted drove the addition of Jersey to the route network. He confirmed that this new service brings
Jet2’s total routes from London Stansted to 55 for summer 2027.
Heapy added that the airline’s 2027 summer programme is its largest ever from the airport, reflecting strong market response and ongoing investment.
Additional New Destinations in Summer 2027
Alongside Jersey, Jet2 is introducing seven other new destinations in its summer 2027 schedule from London Stansted. These include Paris, Hurghada, Thassos (via Kavala), Costa de Almeria, Tunisia, La Palma, and Sharm El Sheikh.
Launch Offer and Customer Benefits
To mark the launch of the new Jersey route, Jet2 is providing a £60 discount on Jet2holidays bookings to Jersey. This offer applies to customers booking holidays through Jet2holidays on the new route.
Stanstead Airport Response
Ciaran Brannigan, Commercial Director at London Stansted Airport, welcomed the route addition, calling it a “fantastic route” that expands passenger choice. He noted that the new connection will simplify travel plans and enhance access to Jersey for travelers departing Stansted.
Jet2’s Growing Presence at Stansted
Jet2’s expansion at London Stansted also includes making over 2.4 million seats available for the summer 2027 season. This capacity increase supports travelers in London, Essex, Hertfordshire, and the East of England region with more direct flight options.
