On July 6, 2026, extensive flight disruptions were reported across five US states, with a total of 387 flights cancelled and 511 experiencing delays. These interruptions have created a turbulent day for airline operations at multiple airports.

The states affected include New York, New Jersey, Massachusetts, Georgia, and Florida, where the disruptions spanned several key travel hubs, challenging airport management and passengers alike.

Among the carriers most impacted were JetBlue, Delta, United Airlines, and American Airlines. Each of these major airlines faced significant operational setbacks, contributing to the widespread cancellations and delays.

As a result, thousands of passengers found themselves

stranded across these states, facing unexpected changes to their travel plans due to the ongoing disruptions on July 6.
