The California High-Speed Rail Authority has awarded a contract valued at $3.5 billion to advance construction on the state’s high-speed rail project.
Under this agreement, a consortium led by Kiewit will be responsible for the design and installation of track infrastructure and associated systems across the Central Valley portion of the route. This segment is a foundational component of California’s first high-speed rail infrastructure.
