The California High-Speed Rail Authority has formally adopted its new 2026 Business Plan designed to advance the development of the state’s high-speed rail network. This plan outlines updated approaches intended to accelerate progress on the project.
Included within the 2026 Business Plan are preparations to engage a private sector partner in the delivery of the rail infrastructure. Alongside this, the plan features revisions to the funding framework and adjustments to proposed rail routes, supporting efforts to move the initiative forward.
